Welcome to SECO Eyewear’s Payment Terms page. By placing an order on www.secoeyewear.com, you agree to comply with the following payment terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Apple Pay / Google Pay (if applicable)
Bank Transfers (upon request – contact customer service for instructions)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for select locations within the UAE. Additional COD charges may apply.
All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).
2. Payment Processing
All online payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
Orders will be confirmed only after the full payment amount has been successfully received.
If there is an issue processing your payment, we will notify you via email or phone to resolve the issue.
In case of delayed payments (for bank transfer orders), processing will only begin once payment is confirmed.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available only for eligible orders within the UAE.
Additional service charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept and pay for a confirmed COD order may result in restriction of future COD privileges.
4. Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of UAE VAT (Value Added Tax).
For international orders (if available), the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
5. Fraud Prevention
SECO Eyewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.
We may request additional verification or identification from the customer to prevent fraud.
If a payment is found to be fraudulent after dispatch, legal action may be taken.
6. Payment Issues

Check your card’s validity and available balance
Ensure your billing information matches your card records

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds (when applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds for COD orders (if eligible) will be issued via bank transfer.
